a dream worth dreaming.

“You have to dream before your dreams can come true.” ~ Abdul Kalam

I dream of a world with never-ending light.

Not electric light, but the sweet iridescent light that shimmers and shines at the same time. A light that transcends darkness.

I dream of a world of endless love. A love not meant for one but a love meant for all. A love so pure and honest. No pulling back, no pulling in.

I dream of open skies and endless nights, so tiresome they blend into the soul as an intertwined love affair. Silence and whispers filled with gentle caresses.

I dream of salty kisses and wet lips, gentle eyes and swaying hips.

I dream of crashing waves and breaking noise, desert heat and dusty roads that lead to freedom.

“It is better to risk starving to death than surrender. If you give up on your dreams, what’s left?” ~ Jim Carrey

I dream of liquid, watery tears washing away troubles, worries, and hesitations.

I dream of white, silky sand, pebbles of washed stone and shimmery turquoise beads.

I dream of gardens so green, rich in soil and earth, nutrients and minerals.

I dream of outstretched hands, reaching tall towards starry skies filled with endless possibility.

I dream of food so nutrient dense and full of life, and wine that bleeds miniature drops of sweetness and healing.

I dream of rolling hills, blissful poems and hope wrapped in paper ribbons.

“Reality is wrong, dreams are for real.” ~ Tupac Shakur

I dream of peace, and clasped hands, prayer and appreciation.

I dream of sunny skies and soft snowflakes falling on a winter’s eve.

I dream of moments that melt my heart into a crumbled mass of heaven.

I dream of authenticity and genuine interaction, locking eyes and human connection.

“It’s the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting.” ~ Paulo Coelho

I dream of a world of individuality, acceptance, tolerance and non-judgement, cast with nothing but loving arms and a chilling vibe.

I dream of ancient ruins and unlocked secrets, wisdom in crevices and linguistic revelations.

I dream of open-hearts and open-minds, welcoming smiles and a tender embrace.

I dream, I dream it all.

“All dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that is was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are the dangerous, for they may act on their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible.” ~ T.E. Lawrence
