6 Sacred Shake-Ups Of The She-Revolution.

She what? Say what?

The She-Revolution. It’s about tapping into your She nature and utilizing your resourceful, creative self through art, beauty and spirit to help uplift the entire planet. It’s about stirring it up and shaking it down the best way possible — by being true to your divine roots and spiritual swag.

So, here we go: 6 Sacred Shake-Ups.

1. The obvious. The first shake-up is to pull a Shakira because hips don’t lie. The hips, the womb, the pelvic region, hold immense creative power but tend to lose expression and flow when we’re sitting on our butts doing the same thing, over and over. And over. Routines are great for lab rats, but not so much for inspired thinking or creative creating.

So let’s twerk it, tweak it. Take life and mix it up. Go to bed early, wake up late, or vice versa. Eat your breakfast for dinner, read a book backwards, walk where you would drive, ride your bike where you would walk. Do contraries and opposites of your normal routine — maybe just on the weekends at first, but conspire to throw yourself off your own trail.

Randomly switch up your patterns, and respond and act in an entirely different way. It doesn’t matter if you slip small shifts or slide grand heists into your daily and nightly routines — both will alter your course. The goal in all of this is to free yourself from patterns that are causing you to become unaware, caught in a rut, not in, out to lunch.

Shake it up, girls. Life is demanding our presence.

2. Embrace the unknown. Imagine you are blindfolded and brought before a board of sober authorities. They ask you questions that you have no idea about, no mental or intellectual point of reference for. It’s a rough crew and they mean business. So what’s a girl to do?

Return to your roots of feeling things out, sensing, knowing what has not been shown, told, or offered. You can do this. Your intuitive skills, your sensitive psychic nature and connections to other worlds within worlds may have been buried by society’s infused rule to believe only by seeing, but they are by no means dead.

In regards to the Unknown — and life seems to be offering a lot of this lately, revive your abilities to sense, feel, and know, beyond what is presented to your eyes only. Women have been associated with the moon because it is our nature to illuminate darkness, to realize there is always more, something deeper than the surface.

3. Resourcefulness. Another sacred shake-up is to remember how to be resourceful. We play around with our imagination as kids and in a blink, we’re unlimited creators and inventors who can come up with a hundred ways as to how we could make something. In a second, we can generate two thousand reasons why something could work out.

We are infinity-in-the-brain and we cannot understand why parents or guardians cannot see as clearly as we can how obvious, carefree and bursting with possibilities galore, life really is. We are thoroughly confounded by the mass amount of parental kiboshes put on our whims and fancies. So, what’s up?

What happened to our innate sense of resourcefulness? Let’s return again to seeing a zillion and one ways how and why things can work. Let’s again practice seeing it happen rather than making one or two excuses as to why it can’t.

4. Make Art. Art heals. It speaks to and through and beyond the energies, frequencies, thoughts, feelings, memories, and DNA codes of who we think we are or perceive ourselves to be. It can say things through symbols, scents, words, and beyond words, sounds, colors, tones, tunes, vibrations that you hear and others you feel.

Art is an expression and translation of life from one to another, connecting the dots and merging one into all. Art resonates like the Universe; both are always speaking to us, and through us. Art is song, dance, beauty, nature, breath, imagery, paint, food, touch, kissing, poetry, pottery; it is this and so much more.

Art is ideally an inclusive language of expression and vital instinctual communication in its most universal form. Make Art, Not War.

5. Prove Love. Love potions, love songs, lovebirds, have been around since the beginning of time. Yet humanity has grown so tired and predictable in its ability to bail and not trust love. We’ve become accustomed to expect defeat, pain, suffering, misery, and too many live from the constricted pose of worst case scenario believing. But, why?

Why not instead commit to love? To be true romantics and romancers with life, with circumstances that try to test our resolve? Let’s be invincibly eternal about our commitment to love. Compassion, love’s unconditional essence, will save the planet. As will appreciation, gratitude, desire, and passion.

Love has so many ways to teach us and guide us back to healing and wholeness. To free us from the addiction of her absence, fear.  Ladies, this fifth sacred shake-up is calling on your courage, your fire, and your bravery to love like you’ve never loved before. It’s time for a love supreme.

6. Connection. When I was a kid, there was a song from Schoolhouse Rock about Conjunction Junction, what’s your function? And, But and Or were given plans and purposes, so we’d know how to use them, to build sentences that made sense. As a grown-up She, I feel like Connection Junction is our function.

And, but and or has Me, you and the world as counterparts. Meaning, there’s a right way to put it all together that makes it work. So getting in touch with your self, others, and the world, offers enriched nourishment, a satisfying, fulfilling life, that separation cannot fuel.  For this sixth sacred shake-up, check yourself so you don’t wreck yourself.

Make sure you’re wired into you, your community and your home base planet, Mother Earth. Your showing up makes a difference, and it all starts with the right connections.
