Actress and photographer Jessica Lange was born on April 20, 1949, with the Sun in sensual Taurus, and Moon and Jupiter in unconventional Aquarius. She spent her early 20s studying mime in Paris, and then went on to become one of Hollywood’s top actresses with award-winning roles in movies like Frances and Tootsie.

Taurus (April 21-May 21)
The New Moon [on May 6-7] is a fabulous time to rejuvenate your physical appearance, plus revise your plans for the future. Remember, Mercury is reversing through your sign [until May 22] so, when you’re communicating with others, stay on topic and avoid pointless arguing.
Friendships are favored, as long as you give others the freedom to express their views. If you are attached, things could get hot and heavy on the night of May 21, when the Full Moon stimulates your intimacy zone. Singles, don’t accept second best. Have the confidence to wait for your soul mate to arrive.
Gemini (May 22-June 21)
The focus is on formal volunteer work [or providing spontaneous assistance to people around you who are sick, in trouble or less fortunate] as you channel your inner Mother Teresa.
So your motto for the month is from Audrey Hepburn: “As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, the other for helping others.” And there’s no room for negative self-talk. Cancer (June 22-July 23)
Are you being a cranky, impatient Crab? With Mars and Saturn both reversing through your work zone, professional projects aren’t progressing as quickly as you’d like. The stars encourage you to perceive frustrating delays as fabulous opportunities to review, revise and reboot.
And are you being too stubborn about a relationship issue? Perceptive Pluto urges you to orchestrate a subtle shift in attitude. Leo (July 24-Aug 23)

Virgo (Aug 24-Sep 23)

Libra (Sep 24-Oct 23)
The best day for romance is May 10, when Jupiter boosts love and lust. But May is not a particularly good month to try to solve a major problem or go on a big trip, as the planets play games with your itinerary, scramble your communication antennae, or muddle your mind.

Scorpio (Oct 24-Nov 22)
