Bohemian Horoscopes: November 2019.
Aries (March 21-April 20)
The Full Moon (on November 12) highlights hiccups in your financial management. So strive to be less impulsive and extravagant, and much more cautious and thrifty. Between November 1-21, retrograde Mercury could also send a reality check your way in the form of a large bill, an unexpected expense or a retrospective tax debt, which just reinforces the importance of having a smart savings plan and a well-stocked emergency fund. Difficult days are November 5, 24 and 25. If you want to stay out of trouble, then keep your tempestuous side in check.
Taurus (April 21-May 21)
On November 12, the Full Moon (in Taurus) emphasizes your practical side, as a problem comes to a head or a project is finally completed. However, Mercury is reversing through your relationship zone until November 20-21. So, when it comes to a romantic or business partnership, avoid being stuck in the past and repeating the same mistakes over and over again. If something or someone sounds too good to be true on the 14th and 15th, then back away very fast. The best days for love, money and Lady Luck are November 24, 25, 28 and 29.
Gemini (May 22-June 21)
Your ruler Mercury is retrograde until November 20-21. So don’t let your enthusiasm for an exciting joint venture or a work project overtake your ability to knuckle down and get the job done. If you promise more than you can deliver, then others will just end up feeling disappointed. All types of relationships will improve from November 24 onwards when Venus, Jupiter and the New Moon set you off on a terrific new relationship trajectory. November 28 and 30 are fabulous days for creative pursuits, business transactions and educational matters.
Cancer (June 22-July 23)
A friend or family member could question your goals for the future. So it’s time to ask yourself, “Am I full of fabulous dreams but short on practical details?” Crabs can be rather irrational around the time of the Full Moon, but this one (on November 12) is in earthy Taurus, so you’ll feel more emotionally grounded than usual. Make the most of it and start producing. Be inspired by Pablo Picasso, who said, “Our goals can only be reached through the vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act.”
Leo (July 24-August 23)
November 2-3 are fabulous days to formulate your future goals and make it a priority to follow your true destiny. Then the mid-month Full Moon shines a bright spotlight on your workplace skills as you turn up your creative brilliance, and turn down your bossy streak. Mercury is reversing through your domestic zone, so a family relationship could suddenly stall or even go backwards. Don’t waste precious time worrying about it, or expend too much energy trying to fix it. Instead, be a super patient Cat as you reflect, revise, re-evaluate and re-calibrate.
Virgo (August 24-September 23)
When communicating with other people, make sure you choose your words wisely, as Mercury is retrograde until November 20-21. If you’re unsure how a comment will be received, then it’s better to say nothing. The mid-month Full Moon stimulates your adventure and study zones, so it’s a good time to plan a trip or learn something new. The planets are pushing you to travel and learn and grow, even when it’s frustrating and difficult. As Pablo Picasso declared, “I am always doing what I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it.”
Libra (September 24-October 23)
Retrograde Mercury and the Full Moon stimulate your luxury-loving Libran spending gene. But before you start splashing cash around, make sure you consult with your romantic or business partner, so you know you’re both on the same financial page. There is the tendency to be extra gullible around November 14-15, especially involving love and money. So be careful someone doesn’t spin you a story and lead you astray. Good fortune smiles on you around November 24-25 and the most romantic days are the 28th and 29th, so plan something special.
Scorpio (October 24-November 22)
The first three weeks will be very frustrating, as Mercury reverses through your sign. November 5 looks particularly dramatic, as you get drawn into or instigate arguments, power games and ego clashes. Then, from November 21 onwards, the energy shifts, when Mercury moves forwards and mighty Mars charges through your sign. Finally, you can be bold and brave, stretch your wings and fly like an eagle. Be inspired by uber-Scorpio birthday great, painter Georgia O’Keeffe, “You get whatever accomplishments you are willing to declare.”
Sagittarius (November 23-December 21)
The Sun and retrograde Mercury stimulate your soul zone. Plus, Saturn and Neptune encourage you to contemplate what concrete actions you can take to make the world around you a better place. So it’s a marvelous month to retreat, review, meditate and contemplate, as you tune into your inner voice. Be inspired by these words from Julia Roberts, “You never stop pursuing a greater understanding of yourself and the world. And a constant sense of gratitude is really the spiritual foundation of daily life.” Luckiest days are November 24 and 25.
Capricorn (December 22-January 20)
Saturn and Neptune provide a rare and golden opportunity to take a special dream and spin it into a rock-solid reality. But don’t be deterred by Mercury retrograde delaying things. And don’t be so busy sweating the small stuff that you miss the magic moments along the way. Do your best to keep things simple and in perspective. As Sir Isaac Newton wrote, “Truth is ever to be found in simplicity, and not in the multiplicity and confusion of things.” November 26 onwards is the time to turn on the charm, as Venus visits your sign.
Aquarius (January 21-February 19)
The Full Moon (on the 12th) highlights a house move, home renovation, family fiasco or domestic drama. And you could become entangled in a workplace misunderstanding, as Mercury reverses through your career zone. Whatever happens, strive to get the balance right between your public life and your private responsibilities. Avoid being rash on November 24-25, especially when driving. On the 28th and 29th, the planets encourage you to reinvent a close relationship. Just be careful you don’t get carried away and throw the baby out with the bathwater.
Pisces (February 20-March 20)
You’ll feel compelled to set creative personal goals and dream fabulous dreams, as Saturn connects with your ruler Neptune. Just make sure you can actually take those abstract ideas and turn them into productive projects. Imagination without action leads to nothing. So your motto for the month is from Albert Einstein, a fellow Piscean, “Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.” But someone could try to take advantage of your trusting nature, especially mid-month, so tread carefully and keep your wits about you.
