Humans are built to seek connection. We’re happy and thriving when we feel connected -- to ourselves, to others, and to the world.

I fantasize men will use the power of their voice for the voiceless. Tap into the deep wisdom and integrity of their hearts to fight for the truth.

Every time we disconnect from ourselves, we etch onto our psyche and personality that it’s unsafe to be our authentic self and thus trust who we are.

When we follow our emotions, we are tapping into our intuitive self. When we listen to our emotions, we are acknowledging and honoring our truth.

Your authenticity already exists within you. You don’t need to find it, because it's already there. You don’t need to push that boulder up that hill.

We need to feel like the work we do feeds our purpose in life. We need to feel like we make an impact. We need rest, nourishment and safety.
