Our stories, both individual and collective, reveal to us the mysterious nature of our connection. It is often only in the conscious placing of a hand to a heart, being compassionately held by another, or the knowing eye gaze by a beloved, that we find our own delicate attachment to this thread.
Storytelling is another way to remember this connection.

Honest and thoughtful, colorful and dark, humorous and painful — one tells the journey of their own skillful navigation through life, with the intention to heal themselves, offer up healing for listening ears and a unified calling to heal the planet with each and every syllable and spoken word.
Sarah Durham Wilson has found her way with words and stories for as long as she can remember. First, it was though the facilitation of telling other people’s stories through interviews in magazines. Then it was a long, painful and liberating process of learning to tell her own.
And now, pulling all of her life experience into the present space, she is holding space for others to tell their stories through her.
In this interview for Rebelle TV, Jessica Durivage-Kerridge talks with Sarah Durham Wilson about the evolution of her calling to be a storyteller, a healer, a witch, and how this has led her to create the amazing project called The Coven Conversations, happening now through the end of September.

Sarah Durham Wilson began her career in New York City as an arts journalist with a focus in rock n’ roll. After a whirlwind five years at Rolling Stone, VH1, GQ, Vanity Fair, and Interview magazines, she moved to Omaha, Nebraska, and eventually to Los Angeles, where a life of partying and external seeking left her burnt out and bereaved. In a last-ditch attempt to find herself, she landed on her childhood island of Martha’s Vineyard, where she experienced a spiritual awakening, leading her to Yoga and Reiki practice. She then travelled to Hawaii, the Kripalu Center, Amrit Yoga Institute, and finally back to the island to write and teach on women’s spirituality. She now lives in Taos, New Mexico, and Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts. She leads courses and retreats with Movement & Underworld Guide Shakti Sunfire, as well as her own courses on healing the self to heal the world.
